Entrance Requirements

A child must be 3 or 4 years old by the first day of September and be completely potty trained. 

(Neither diapers nor "pull-ups" may be worn.)

Registration

Please submit the following to the church office:

• Completed registration form (download as a pdf)
• Non-refundable $75 enrollment deposit
• Current immunization record from either a doctor or a health clinic (must be submitted by the first day of class)
