The Mt. Olive Harvest Bazaar is an annual community event featuring local vendors, handmade items, crafts, seasonal goods, baked goods, food, fellowship, and community connection. The event is open to the public and includes a bake sale and opportunities to support Mt. Olive Lutheran Church and local vendors.

Vendor Information
Registration Fee
Vendor registration is $30 per table/vendor space.
Vendors who need more than one table or space should register for the number needed. For example, if you need 3 tables, please purchase 3 vendor registration tickets.
Setup Times
- Optional Friday setup: October 9, 2026, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
- Saturday morning setup begins at 7:00 AM.
- All booths should be fully set up before the Bazaar opens at 9:00 AM.
- Vendors are expected to remain set up until 3:30 PM unless prior arrangements have been approved.
Booth Placement: Booth placement requests are welcome and will be considered whenever possible. Exact placement cannot be guaranteed. Long-standing returning vendors may receive priority consideration for previous spaces when available. Final booth assignments are determined by the Bazaar Committee to best accommodate the overall event layout and vendor mix.
